Job Duties Include:
- Coordinate end-to-end sample trafficking for celebrity and influencer dressing requests, including shipments, tracking, returns, and domestic/international logistics.
- Maintain an organized, VIP-ready showroom and sample inventory while supporting fittings, gifting initiatives, tailoring, repairs, and special events.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and reporting support, including sample trackers, VIP placement archives, clipping reports, event recaps, and expense reporting.
- 1+ years of experience in VIP relations, public relations, communications, sample management, or a related luxury fashion environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of fashion, entertainment, social media, and pop culture; bachelor’s degree preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs to lift boxes and move racks of clothing.
