Direct Hire FAQ:
Direct hire staffing is a term that refers to the process where a staffing agency works to hire on behalf of a client. This employee would work for and be paid by the client.

Once a contrat has been signed, our team will get started on filling the open position. This process includes reaching out to our current network of talent, sourcing and pre-screening new candidates, and presenting them to our clients' for review. Clients will then interview their chosen candidates, provide feedback to our team, and repeat the process as needed until we find the perfect fit and the client is ready to extend an offer.
The length of time that it takes to fill a role is dependent on many factors.
