  • What should I do if I need last-minute staffing help?

  • Do you offer payrolling services?

    Yes, Pyramid Consulting Group offers payroll services for all employees including freelancers, project-based assignments, and outsourced payroll employees. Our team can manage your employees' benefits, W-2s, onboarding/offboarding, and much more while offering you reports tailored specifically for you. Candidates & Staffing Process

  • How do you screen candidates before recommending them?

    At Pyramid Consulting Group, our recruiters meet with all candidates to discuss their experience, career goals, and any roles that they are interested in. Based on conversations information provided by our clients, the recruiters determine if the candidate is the right fit. If the candidate will be on PCG’s payroll, we will also do a background check on your behalf. 

  • How long does it typically take to fill a role?

    The length of time that it takes to fill a role is dependent on many factors. These factors include the type of role, any deadlines (such as an event), how quickly PCG and the client are able to schedule interviews, etc. If you would like more information on the PCG process or how long it would take to fill a specific role please email info@pyramidcg.com.  

  • Can I request the same candidate again for future roles?

    Yes! If you had a positive experience with one of our candidates and would like to work with them again, you can request them for a new role. PCG will then reach out to the candidate to see if they are available and/or interested.  

  • What happens if a candidate isn’t a good fit?

    To help you protect your investement, 

    Pyramid Consulting Group offers placement guarantees. If you need to reevaluate the placement within a set period of time, PCG will assist you in replacing the employee at no added cost. If you are outside of that window, then your contact at PCG will be able to provide more information on how you can proceed.
