We are seeking a Director or Vice President of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth and expand brand awareness. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who can build strategies from the ground up, execute bold digital-first campaigns, and deliver measurable results that position this destination at the forefront of NYC’s cultural landscape. This is a fully onsite role based in NYC.


Job Duties Include:

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales & marketing strategies to drive ticket sales, group bookings, and event revenue
  • Lead audience segmentation efforts to better understand, target, and engage diverse visitor groups
  • Create and launch compelling digital-first campaigns (social media, influencer, email, etc.) to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with local media outlets, sponsors, and tourism partners
  • Oversee vendors and marketing agencies with accountability, clarity, and performance metrics
  • Achieve ambitious growth targets and consistently measure/report success against defined KPIs
  • Position the venue as a must-see destination for NYC locals and global tourists
  • Leverage experiential marketing expertise to showcase the immersive nature of the experience
  • Partner with ownership to ensure alignment on vision and priorities
  • Oversee a growing team of two direct reports while fostering collaboration with sales, creative, operations, and customer service

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership for experiential, high-end venues
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing short- and long-term strategies that drive measurable revenue growth
  • Expertise in audience segmentation and ability to translate insights into actionable campaigns
  • Strong experience creating digital-first, multi-channel campaigns (social, influencer, content, paid) that deliver measurable ROI
  • Established relationships and/or ability to build partnerships with NYC media outlets, sponsors, and tourism organizations
  • Experience managing marketing vendors and agencies with proven success optimizing outcomes
  • Deep knowledge of the NYC market and tourism landscape
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a high-exposure, unstructured environment
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with ability to inspire and scale teams
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with senior executives
  • Creative thinker with both strategic vision and hands-on execution capability


Salary: $120k - $200k annually depending on experience & level hired for
