Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a dynamic Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across retail and wholesale teams nationwide. This role is responsible for creating engaging, brand-driven training programs that elevate product knowledge, strengthen selling skills, and inspire confident brand storytelling. The Training Manager will work cross-functionally to drive performance, support sell-in and sell-through, and build lasting relationships with internal teams and retail partners. This is a highly visible, field-based role with significant travel.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful training programs that bring brand stories, products, and selling strategies to life.
- Lead in-person trainings with supplemental virtual sessions to support regional and national teams.
- Develop product education and seasonal launch training aligned with brand and business priorities.
- Implement a train-the-trainer model, equipping field leaders and sales partners to deliver consistent, high-quality education.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to align training with go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct field visits to coach selling behaviors, storytelling, and customer experience standards.
- Support wholesale partners, events, pop-ups, and activations through staff training and on-site coaching.
- Evolve training approaches using innovative tools and feedback to continuously improve impact.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing brand values and voice in all training and retail interactions.
Role Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in training, retail education, learning & development, or sales enablement.
- Background in beauty, skincare, luxury retail, or consumer brands strongly preferred.
- Experience working with wholesale accounts and building strong partner relationships.
- Confident presenter and engaging facilitator with strong storytelling skills.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% across the U.S., including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Passion for brand building, retail excellence, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
