Temporary Sales Support, San Francisco (Neiman Marcus)

Our client, a  luxury fashion brand , is seeking a full-time, temporary  Sales Support Associate  to join the team at their boutique in  San Francisco.

This is a full-time temporary position starting ASAP in an ongoing capacity. This person should be able to adhere to a flexible full time retail schedule with weekend availability.

Job Duties Include:
  • Welcome clients and support the salesfloor with coverage as needed
  • Support Client Advisors with their appointments (pulling merchandise/extra sizes, setting up fitting room, returning merchandise to stockroom)
  • Assist with wrapping purchases for client advisor
  • Offering beverages (coffee, water, etc.)
  • Prepping merchandise for the floor (steaming, folding, hanging)
  • Supporting with operations/BOH tasks (organizing merchandise in stockroom, pulling for the floor, processing shipment, etc.)
  • Additional duties as needed and necessary
Job Qualifications Include:
  • 2+ years of luxury retail experience with strong client service and professionalism
  • Ability to act as a team player
  • Strong problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift
Salary: $24/hr
