Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk; direct guests and notify hosts of arrivals
- Coordinate with building/security team to ensure guest access to the office floor
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages; notify employees when deliveries arrive
- Serve as the first point of contact for office-related questions and requests
- Maintain the overall appearance of the office and common areas (including tidiness of office/terrace)
- Replenish office supplies as needed (kitchen snacks, printer paper, general supplies)
- Distribute keycards as needed
- Liaise with cleaning staff for special cleaning requests
- Contact vendors and coordinate basic office maintenance needs as required
- Act as day-to-day contact for the building super/management as needed
- Escalate questions/issues to the Facilities Manager and support additional tasks as assigned
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and professionalism in a client-facing environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Reliable and punctual, with comfort handling multiple requests in a busy office setting
