Our client, a global beauty leader , is seeking a Project and Process Manager for an immediate opportunity in New York City on a hybrid schedule. This is a temporary role that will begin in January and continue for 6 months.
You will play a pivotal role in driving system enhancements and process improvements across marketing, sales, commercial operations, and supply chain, ensuring seamless go-to-market execution, serving as the strategic right hand to company leadership and cross-functional stakeholders locally and internationally to support the success of the brand’s continued growth.
Job Duties Include:- Support end-to-end commercialization from concept to execution and post-launch evaluation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to create and implement project management structures that promote accountability and efficiency.
- Design and implement scalable go-to-market processes across commercial and operational teams, ensuring smooth product launches and retail onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with logistics and warehouse partners to ensure readiness and on-time fulfillment.
- Apply strong project management principles to ensure clarity, alignment, and risk mitigation
- Use scenario planning, decision logs, and risk matrices to enhance business readiness.
- Provide strategic updates, reporting directly to the CFO.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of project and process management experience utilizing project management platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in CPG or beauty industries, with a history of supporting retail launches (Walmart or Target preferred)
- Proficient in SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of working with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities
