Job Duties Include:
- Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy of HR data within HRIS systems
- Process employee transactions, including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and organizational changes
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, data validation, and recordkeeping
- Partner with payroll, benefits, and HR team members to support timely and accurate employee processing
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, processes, and systems
- Track and maintain HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Support process improvement initiatives and help maintain HR operational procedures
- Assist with special projects and additional HR administrative responsibilities as needed
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR administration, HR operations, or a related support function
- Experience working with HRIS platforms; ADP experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and business systems
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively within a team environment
