This role will support both corporate and retail employee populations across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate will have prior retail and corporate HR experience, preferably within luxury fashion, with an emphasis on a retail population. The position will support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts for retail store positions across the organization.
- Partner with store leadership teams on hiring needs and staffing initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment activities related to store openings and seasonal hiring.
- Work closely with store managers on employee relations and performance management matters.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for retail employees.
- Collect and review new hire paperwork and I-9 documentation.
- Maintain HR templates, trackers, and other administrative documents in Excel.
- Support day-to-day HR operations for both retail and corporate employee populations.
- Partner with HR leadership and business leaders on various HR initiatives and projects.
- Serve as a key HR contact for store leadership across multiple locations.
- Provide administrative support related to employee lifecycle activities and HR processes.
- Assist with holiday seasonal staffing efforts.
Job Qualifications
- Prior HR Generalist experience supporting both retail and corporate populations.
- Retail HR experience required.
- Luxury fashion experience preferred; advanced contemporary fashion experience will also be considered.
- Experience supporting recruitment activities for retail positions.
- Experience working with employee relations and performance management matters.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Salary:$43–$46/hr
