Our client, a luxury watch brand, is hiring a temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their team onsite in NYC. This is a temporary position that will start as soon as possible and continue for at least three months. Candidates must feel comfortable covering the reception desk as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Perform data entry and ensure information on repairs, client information, and billing is accurate
- Assist with preparation of admin paperwork for service repairs, including estimate approvals and invoices
- Assist in coordinating appointments
- Provide coverage for reception desk as needed
- Additional administrative duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Customer service and front desk experience required
- Luxury experience preferred
- Admin and data entry experience
- Comfortable in a client facing role
Salary: $21/hr
