Our client, a luxury fashion house, is seeking a Temporary Corporate Recruiter to join their team on a hybrid schedule in New York City(4 days in-office, 1 day remote). This is a temporary ongoing assignment.
This individual will manage full-cycle recruitment for c orporate positions across North America, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to attract and hire top talent. Previous experience supporting c orporate recruitment within a Retail organization is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions across North America, from intake through offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop search strategies, and define candidate profiles.
- Source and attract talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Screen and interview candidates, assessing qualifications, cultural fit, and overall potential.
- Present candidates to hiring managers with clear context on their experience, strengths, and fit.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted recruiting partner.
- Advise hiring managers on talent markets and recruiting strategy.
- Think creatively and pivot sourcing strategies when searches are challenging.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage multiple searches while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
- Represent the organization professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Required: Previous experience recruiting for corporate functions within a Retail organization.
- Experience recruiting across a variety of corporate functions and levels.
- Luxury fashion, beauty, or premium consumer brand experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to think creatively beyond traditional talent pools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate candidate qualifications and recommendations.
- Strong consultative skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Resourceful, hands-on, and solutions-oriented with the ability to pivot when searches are challenging.
- Polished, professional presence and strong executive presence.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Pay:$50 - $53/hr
