Our client, a luxury watch brand, is seeking a full-time,
temporary Visual Merchandising Coordinator
to support the Architectural Design and Visual Merchandising teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep projects moving, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. This is a long-term temporary opportunity with no specified end date.
Key Responsibilities

Enter and track project orders through internal systems

Verify order accuracy and monitor shipment status

Coordinate graphic file requests for store openings and visual merchandising initiatives

Review inventory and stock information within Microsoft D365

Maintain accurate reporting by cross-referencing multiple databases and tracking systems

Monitor project timelines and update project management tools, including Airtable
-
Organize, label, and maintain photography, video, and digital asset files
-
Support visual merchandising portal maintenance and content accuracy
-
Review invoices and ensure data accuracy across systems
-
Track project documentation, punch lists, and contract-related records
-
Coordinate scheduling with vendors, retailers, and internal teams
-
Manage document routing and electronic signatures through DocuSign
-
Assist with inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and order management
-
Research sourcing options for point-of-sale materials and design components
-
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, logistics partners, vendors, and retailers
Qualifications

2+ years of administrative, project coordination, or operational support experience

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign
- Experience with data management, reporting, and project tracking systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft D365 is a plus
Pay:$28-$29/hr
