Temp Store Support, Livermore (San Francisco Premium Outlets)

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring for Store Support to join their team at their location in the San Francisco Premium Outlet. This is a temporary position that will start immediately in an ongoing capacity based on performance and business needs.

Job Duties Include:

  • Provide elevated customer service
  • Greet clients as they enter the store
  • Develop and maintain product and company knowledge to share with clients
  • Ensure that sales floor meets company’s high visual merchandising standards
  • Assist with wrapping client purchases
  • Execute all store operations, policies, and procedures in accordance with inventory management
  • Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 1+ years of retail, customer service, or operations support experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in fashion a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for duration of shift

Salary: $20/hr
