Temp Store Manager, Ala Moana

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Temp Store Manager to join the team in Ala Moana, Hawaii for an onsite retail role.

This is a full-time temporary position. This temporary role will begin ASAP through July 2026 with potential to extend. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:
- Drive overall store performance by achieving sales goals, monitoring key business metrics, and executing strategies that enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing talent development.
- Foster a client-first culture by building long-term customer relationships, promoting repeat business, and ensuring an elevated service experience.
-Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, visual presentation, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or another customer-focused environment, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing sales performance, payroll, operational processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams while creating a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • If retail: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and the ability to stand for duration of shift.

Salary: $40-$45 per hour
