Our client, a luxury fashion house, is seeking a temporary Stock Associate for their store in Ala Moana . This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin ASAP and continue in an ongoing capacity. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
The ideal candidate is an organized and motivated professional with strong communication and customer service skills. They should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, providing accurate administrative and sales assistance to help the team achieve its targets.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage back-of-house stock flow, including organizing inventory and preparing product.
- Assist with product readiness by unboxing, tagging, and ensuring items are clean, presentable, and sales floor-ready.
- Provide occasional client-facing support as needed, including gift wrapping and assisting with POS-related tasks.
- Collaborate with the sales and event teams to fulfill merchandise requests quickly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stock area to support smooth event operations.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of prior retail support experience preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in fashion a plus
- Strong communication and follow up/ follow through initiatives
- Knowledge and understanding of fashion and current trends
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for duration of shift
Salary: $26/hr
