Our client, an Italian fashion and lifestyle brand, is hiring a Temporary Stock Manager/Supervisor to join the team at their Palm Beach boutique. The ideal candidate has strong experience in retail stock management or inventory control with excellent organization and attention to detail, understands high-end fashion operations and boutique retail environments, and is dedicated to maintaining visual and operational excellence in line with brand standards.
This is a Temporary position that will begin right away and continue in an ongoing capacity with the opportunity to convert to permanent based on performance and needs of the business. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule, including ?weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Receive, inspect, and coordinate all deliveries, transfers, and shipments to maintain high-quality standards.
- Prepare and package online orders to reflect a vibrant, joyful aesthetic.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and audits with organized stock management.
- Collaborate with sales, management, and customer service teams to ensure smooth store and online operations.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and visually appealing backroom and sales floor by tagging, replenishing, and monitoring stock levels.
Job Qualifications Include:
- Previous experience in retail stock management, inventory control, or store operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Ability to stand for duration of shift, climb ladders as needed, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $23-$24/hr
