Job Duties Include:

Provide back-of-house support, including maintaining an organized stockroom, processing shipments, and pulling merchandise for the sales floor.

Welcome clients and provide sales floor coverage and support as needed.

Assist Client Advisors with appointments by pulling merchandise and additional sizes, preparing fitting rooms, and returning merchandise to the stockroom.

Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including steaming, folding, hanging, and removing packaging as needed.

Assist with wrapping client purchases and providing a warm, welcoming experience by offering beverages such as coffee and water.

Support daily maintenance, cleaning, and other operational tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Job Qualifications Include:

2+ years of retail experience with strong client service skills and a professional demeanor

Comfortable supporting sales, including greeting clients, wrapping purchases, and providing POS support

Capable of handling back-of-house responsibilities, including receiving shipments and organizing the stockroom

Fast learner who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Open availability and flexibility to work varying shifts
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable standing and being on your feet for the duration of the shift
