Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring Temp Sales/Stock Support to join the team in Short Hills, NJ for an onsite retail role.

This is a full-time position starting October 24th and ending January 1, 2026. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

  • Provide exceptional client service by greeting and engaging clients upon arrival.
  • Support sales initiatives by maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor and assisting with client inquiries.
  • Ensure an elevated client experience through accurate and elegant wrapping of client purchases.
  • Perform various operational and back-of-house (BOH) tasks as needed to support overall store efficiency and presentation.
Job Qualifications Include:
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in premium or luxury environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver elevated customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and the ability to stand for duration of shift
This is a temporary position. The associate will be employed and paid by PCG.
Compensation: $23/hour, paid weekly.

Benefits: Temporary employees through PCG may be eligible for benefits after a waiting period, such as health insurance, dental and vision plans, paid holidays, and participation in our incentive savings program. Additional benefits may apply based on assignment and eligibility. This role is assigned to a client company that may provide additional amenities or benefits to their internal staff. These may not apply to temporary assignments.
