Our Client, a Luxury Retailer is seeking a Temp Stores Support Associate, to provide essential back-of-house operations support across our Oakbrook and Michigan Avenue boutiques. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable retail experience while supporting our store teams during a busy seasonal period. Job Duties:

  • Support the operations team with shipment transfers, inventory management, and backroom organization.
  • Assist with various duties as needed to ensure smooth store functions.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance, adhering to the dress code.
  • Float between Oakbrook (3 days/week) and Michigan Avenue (2 days/week) during scheduled hours.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous back-of-house (BOH) or store support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to be on your feet for the duration of your shift, lifting up to 50 lbs as required.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Experience supporting retail operations or inventory management.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple store locations.
  • Basic familiarity with retail shipment and stock handling.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior retail support or warehouse experience is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours per week).
  • Availability to start ASAP for a 6-8 week assignment.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Wear all-black, polished attire including a button-down shirt, trousers (jeans acceptable if rips-free), and comfortable black shoes without logos.
