Our client, a French luxury fragrance brand, is seeking a full-time, temporary Sales Support Associate to join the team at their boutique at the NorthPark Center in Dallas, TX.
This is a full-time temporary position starting ASAP and will continue in an ongoing capacity for tentatively 1 month. Candidates should be able to adhere to a flexible full-time retail schedule, with weekend availability as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Deliver a personalized, high-quality client experience through genuine interactions and expert product guidance
- Drive sales by recommending products, leveraging omni-channel tools, and meeting KPI goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow a loyal customer base
- Support store operations and contribute to a collaborative, positive team environment
- Additional duties as needed and necessary
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience (beauty/fragrance preferred)
- Strong sales performance with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent communication, organization, and basic Microsoft Office skills
- Passion for beauty industry and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift
Salary: $22/hr
