Our client, a menswear clothing and accessories brand, is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join the team for an onsite role in Boston, MA at their boutique on Boylston St.
We are seeking 1 associate to support with weekend coverage (Saturdays & Sundays) and another to support weekday coverage (Monday - Friday) starting ASAP, and continuing through the end of June with potential to extend.
Job Duties Include:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized styling recommendations, promoting loyalty programs, and helping customers find products that fit their needs and preferences.
- Assist with driving sales performance through strong product knowledge, effective customer engagement, and awareness of current promotions, trends, and brand offerings.
- Support daily store operations by accurately processing transactions, replenishing merchandise, maintaining inventory organization, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment while resolving customer concerns professionally and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications Include:
- Retail or sales experience, preferably in a high end/luxury setting
- Interest in menswear and awareness of current trends
- Comfortable helping customers and sharing product recommendations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for duration of shift
Salary:$24/hr
