Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Temp Sales Support to join the team in Central Valley, New York at their retail location in Woodbury Commons.
This is a part-time temporary role to cover shifts between September 26th – October 14th.
Job Duties Include:
- Deliver a warm, polished, and highly attentive luxury client experience, welcoming each guest and creating a seamless first impression of the boutique.
- Support the sales team throughout the client journey by assisting with product preparation, packaging, refreshments, client requests, and overall selling-floor needs.
- Maintain impeccable front-of-house standards, ensuring the boutique, client areas, fitting rooms, and hospitality spaces remain organized, elevated, and presentation-ready.
- Partner closely with Sales Associates and leadership to manage client flow, appointments, events, and high-traffic periods, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth boutique operations.
Job Qualifications Include:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, fine dining, premium customer service, or another high-touch client-facing environment preferred.
- Polished, professional, and engaging communication style with a natural ability to make clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.
- Highly attentive to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented with a willingness to support the broader team and uphold the brand’s standards of excellence, discretion, and hospitality.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs (unless otherwise noted by client) and the ability to stand for duration of shift)
Pay: $23/hour
