Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the opening and ongoing operations of their new exclusive, appointment-based retail space at The Delano in Miami Beach, FL. This client-focused role will combine elevated luxury selling with day-to-day leadership and operations, offering the opportunity to help establish a new retail location and build lasting relationships with a high-touch clientele.
Job Duties Include:
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience while driving sales and client development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful outreach, appointments, and follow-up
- Lead by example on the sales floor and support the achievement of individual and location sales goals
- Partner with and provide day-to-day guidance to the sales team, promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Support daily operations including opening and closing, inventory, POS transactions, and visual presentation
- Assist with client appointments, special events, and other business development initiatives
- Ensure the retail space consistently reflects elevated service and presentation standards
- Support additional operational and client-facing needs as assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of luxury fashion or luxury retail sales experience
- Proven success achieving sales goals and developing a strong client base
- Previous supervisory, keyholder, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and support others
- Strong organizational skills with experience supporting retail operations
- Passion for luxury fashion and delivering highly personalized client experiences
- Flexible availability based on client appointments and business needs
Salary:$75K + commission
