Our client, global luxury fashion brand, is looking to hire Sales Assistant to join the team at retail location in Chicago.
This is a full-time temporary position starting immediately for the next 4-8 weeks with potential to extend based of performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must be able to work a full-time, 40 hours per week retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Achieve sales goals through personalized service, upsetting, cross-selling, and client relationship building
- Stay informed on product offerings and the brand to provide engagement and accurate information
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization of stockrooms to maintain product availability
- Support team efforts, maintain visual merchandising standards, and follow company policies, including safety and loss prevention
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably supporting luxury fashion brands
- Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets supporting retail
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift
Salary: $20 - $22.60 per hour
