Our client, a luxury leather goods brand, is seeking a temporary Sales Advisor to join the team at their upcoming pop-up in NYC!
This is a full-time, temporary position from September 16th through October 14th, with potential to extend based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates should be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Deliver a high-touch, personalized client experience through product recommendations and styling guidance
- Share the brand story, heritage, and craftsmanship with clients to enhance engagement and drive sales
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories to confidently support customer needs
- Support daily sales goals while consistently upholding brand standards and presentation
- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
- Collaborate closely with the corporate team, providing regular updates, reporting, and feedback
- Ensure seamless communication between store and corporate partners throughout the pop-up
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and well-presented
- Assist with overall pop-up execution, including operations, client engagement, and in-store experience
- Adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium environments
- Proactive, approachable, and confident in engaging a diverse clientele
- Strong understanding of elevated service standards and client experience
- Passion for client-facing roles with a natural ability to build relationships
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch, memorable customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for styling, presentation, and visual standards
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced retail or pop-up environment
- Collaborative team player with a positive and flexible attitude
- Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Pay:$28/hr
