Our client, a  luxury fashion brand, is seeking a detail?oriented  Sales Administrator  to support daily sales operations and back?of?house functions at their retail location in  Vancouver, BC. This role plays a key part in keeping sales operations running smoothly by supporting inventory, reporting, after?sales service, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast?paced retail environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support back?of?house sales and administrative operations
  • Manage inventory accuracy and assist with stock oversight
  • Complete daily sales reconciliations and reporting
  • Support after?sales service processes and in?store transactions as needed
  • Coordinate ordering of supplies and support vendor communication
  • Assist with store systems, maintenance requests, and operational needs
  • Partner with sales teams and corporate contacts to ensure smooth day?to?day operations
  • Contribute to visual merchandising efforts and special projects
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury or high?end retail operations or sales support
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions?oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience with SAP required; familiarity with retail systems or CRMs a plus
  • Customer?focused with strong integrity and reliability
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 20kg

Salary: $23 CAD/hr
