Temp Project Coordinator-Store Planning

Our client, global luxury fashion brand, is looking to hire Temp Project Coordinator to join the team at corporate location in New York City on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office). This is a full-time temporary position starting in August for a 6 month assignment. Candidates must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week.

Job Duties Include: 

  • Support day-to-day coordination of store planning projects by maintaining schedules, updating project data, and tracking deliverables to ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting materials, document key decisions, and follow up on action items to keep projects moving forward and on track
  • Liaise with landlords, real estate, legal, finance, and vendors to manage documentation, contracts, and tenant allowances, ensuring timely submissions and compliance
  • Maintain project management systems and records, including sustainability documentation, close-out materials, and insurance certificates
  • Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents, with the ability to track and follow up on required actions
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including landlords, real estate, legal, and finance teams
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse stakeholders

Salary: $28 per hour
