Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Temporary Operations Associate to join the team in NYC at their Flagship boutique on 57th St. This position starts ASAP and will continue in an ongoing capacity based on business needs and performance. This is a full-time role, and candidates must be able to work a retail schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Job Duties Include:
- Assist with incoming shipments, including receiving, unpacking, verifying inventory, and organizing stockroom for efficient access
- Execute stock transfers, back stocking, and ticket repricing to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom, kitchen, and glassware areas in accordance with company standards
- Support sales floor operations by replenishing cash-wrap supplies and assisting as a shoe runner when needed
- Package merchandise and fulfill customer purchases while providing support to overall store operations and sales team
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of experience in stock, inventory, or operations (shipping, receiving, transfers, stockroom management).
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience in footwear preferred (luxury experience not required).
- Flexible availability, including open availability or part-time availability as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift
Salary: $22/hr
