Our client, a luxury watch brand, is seeking a full-time,
temporary Junior Project Manager
to support the Architectural Design and Visual Merchandising teams. This role will oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards. The length of this assignment is estimated until Spring of 2027.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all phases, from bidding and planning through final completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Review shop drawings and project documentation
- Track budgets, invoices, and financial reconciliations
- Maintain project files, databases, and documentation
- Monitor maintenance requests and ongoing project updates
- Communicate with retail partners, millworkers, graphic vendors, and other external stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications
- Create, distribute, and follow up on project punch lists
- Track shipments and coordinate project logistics
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Experience supporting architectural, construction, retail development, visual merchandising, or related projects preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign
- Experience with Procore, AutoCAD, Revit, or Airtable
- Familiarity with Microsoft D365 is a plus
Pay:$30-$32/hour
