Temp HR Coordinator

Our client, an artisanal fragrance brand, is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to join the team for a hybrid role in New York City.

This is a full-time temporary role that will begin ASAP in an ongoing capacity and has the potential to go permanent. The HR Coordinator will be in office 3x weekly (some weeks, more office presence may be needed when someone is offsite/on PTO).

Job Duties Include:
  • Heavy focus on administrative support, including consistent data entry in the HRIS system
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding
  • Handle basic employee questions and inquiries 
  • Support team projects and collaborate closely with leadership on various initiatives
  • Assist with light sourcing for open roles and pulling payroll-related reports when needed


Job Qualifications Include:
  • Some background in HR support is helpful, whether as an assistant or in a long-term temp role
  • Looking for someone driven, takes initiative, and communicates clearly
  • A formal HR degree or certification isn’t required for this position
  • Familiarity with systems like ADP, EXP+, or Workday is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills and experience reviewing HR data for accuracy are important

Pay:$25 - $28/hr
