Our client, a luxury fashion house, is hiring a S ales Support Associate to join the team in Miami Design District for an onsite role. This person will be supporting FOH duties but will also need to flex to assist with BOH as needed.
This is a full-time temporary position starting ASAP tentatively for 8 weeks. This is a temporary role has potential to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Greet and engage clients, providing friendly, attentive service on the sales floor
- Supporting the sales team
- Maintain clean and organized merchandise displays through folding, restocking, and floor recovery
- Assist with running product, supporting the sales team, and helping with daily store operations as needed
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury environment, with a polished and client-focused approach.
- Front-of-house support, including greeting clients, assisting with sizes and merchandise, maintaining fitting rooms, offering refreshments, and supporting transactions at the till. Back-of-house support, including a strong sense of urgency, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while managing product flow. Reliability and consistency are key, as the role will primarily focus on pulling and running product, refolding merchandise, and supporting back-of-house operations efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable, with the ability to follow direction, learn quickly, and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Flexible retail schedule required
- Must be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Salary: $23 per hour
