Temp FOH Sales Support (2), SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, NC

Our client, a luxury clothing and accessories brand, is seeking Front of House Sales Support to join the team for an onsite role in Charlotte, NC.

We are looking for 1 full-time associate to support 32-40 hours per week and 1 part-time associate to support 20 hours per week. Both positions are temporary and will start immediately, continuing tentatively for 4-6 weeks. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:
  • Must be comfortable greeting customers as they're walking into the store
  • Help cover and speak with clients until an associate is available
  • Handle back of house tasks like pulling merchandise, organizing, and cleaning as needed
  • Stay engaged, friendly, and professional with clients and team

Job Qualifications Include:
  • Retail or sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting
  • Interest in fashion and awareness of current trends
  • Comfortable helping customers and sharing product recommendations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and the ability to stand for duration of shift

Salary:$21/hr
