Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a temporary Regulatory Compliance professional in Piscataway, NJ to support fashion product compliance across a global supply chain. This remote role (EST hours) partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure products meet evolving regulatory requirements while supporting efficient import, testing, and compliance processes.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with global regulatory and supply chain teams to support product compliance programs
- Manage regulatory documentation and submissions related to product safety and import requirements
- Review testing results and identify potential compliance risks
- Support product testing strategies aligned with state and federal regulations
- Monitor changes in regulatory laws and communicate impacts to internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain compliance procedures, guidelines, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent understanding of regulatory requirements
- Support cross-functional initiatives related to supply chain transparency and risk mitigation
Role Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, product safety, or supply chain roles
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, textiles, or a related field
- Experience with U.S. fashion regulatory affairs
- Experience partnering with third-party testing labs or regulatory bodies preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate complex issues across teams
- Experience in fashion or consumer goods preferred
- Foreign language skills a plus
Salary: $40/hr
