Temp Expense Administration Specialist

Our client, a premium streetwear brand, is seeking an organized and service-oriented Expense Administration Specialist to support expense reporting and corporate card processes for an approximately 1-year assignment in NYC. This role will serve as a key point of contact for employee expense support, helping ensure smooth daily operations and a strong user experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review and manage employee expense reports through internal systems
  • Support employees with submissions, receipts, and policy-related questions
  • Administer corporate card processes and resolve transaction issues
  • Monitor outstanding reports and follow up with employees and managers
  • Maintain basic system support and assist with user access and updates
  • Create simple training materials and communicate policy updates
  • Partner with internal teams to improve processes and ensure compliance

Job Qualifications
  • Experience in expense management, finance operations, or administrative support
  • Experience with Concur or similar expense systems is required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Salary:  $30/hr
