Our client, a luxury fashion house, is hiring a Back of House Support to join the team for an onsite role in Nashville.

This is a full time temporary position looking to hire ASAP for the next 6 months. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

*Support stockroom and back-of-house operations
*Unbox, tag, organize, and prepare merchandise
*Maintain an organized and accurate stockroom
*Assist with replenishment, merchandising, and store projects
*Provide sales floor support and assist clients as needed

Job Qualifications Include:

* Retail sales and operations experience, preferably in luxury or high-end environments
* Experience handling merchandise, shipments, transfers, and stock organization
* Strong understanding of back-of-house operations
* Comfortable supporting the sales team and assisting clients when needed
* Flexible and able to adapt to daily business needs
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs and the ability to stand for duration of shift

Salary: $23 - $24 per hour
