Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking to hire an Operations Associate to join the team for an onsite role in NYC.

This is a full-time temporary role that will begin ASAP and continue until October 9th. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing, and processing incoming merchandise shipments
  • Support packing, shipping, and transfers while ensuring accuracy and proper handling of luxury products
  • Perform inventory tasks including scanning, tracking, replenishment, and maintaining stockroom organization
  • Safely lift, move, and organize merchandise while maintaining a clean and efficient back-of-house environment
  • Provide occasional support on the selling floor, assisting with product requests and maintaining a high level of client service

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of BOH retail experience in a high-end/luxury environment
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced settings
  • Experienced handling high-value merchandise and supporting BOH operations
  • Able to assist on the sales floor when needed
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift

Salary: $25 per hour
