Our client, a prestigious luxury jewelry and watch maison, is seeking a Beverage Server to join the team onsite at their King of Prussia boutique.
The Beverage Server helps create a warm, elevated boutique experience by offering beverages, including champagne, and anticipating client needs from the moment they arrive. This is a client-facing hospitality support role that does not involve selling or handling product.
This is a part-time temporary position that will begin ASAP and continue through mid-January. The schedule is four days per week: every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, plus one weekday. Candidates must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Serving beverages, including water and champagne, with polish and professionalism
- Greeting clients with elevated hospitality and exceptional customer service
- Staying aware of the entire boutique experience, including clients waiting for a sales advisor and those already being assisted
- Introducing clients to the Sales team
- Proactively managing beverage service, clean-up, and desk cleanliness and replenishment
- Maintaining high visual presentation standards on the sales floor
- Supporting general boutique clean-up throughout the shift
- Following brand guidelines on beverage presentation and the language used when serving (training provided)
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Prior hospitality, food and beverage, luxury retail, or client-facing experience preferred
- Polished, professional presence with strong communication skills
- Ability to anticipate client needs and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Availability for every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, plus one weekday, from mid-October through mid-January
- Ability to adhere to a professional dress code and grooming standards (white button-down shirt with black, navy, or grey suit; black or brown dress shoes; neutral makeup and nails; neatly groomed facial hair)
- Ability to successfully clear a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and the ability to stand for the duration of shift
Pay:$26-$28/hr
