Our client, a French  luxury fragrance brand, is seeking a  Temporary Executive Assistant/Office Manager  to join the team in  NYC.  This is a temporary position starting Friday March 27th.

Must be available to work 9am-6pm;

Friday, March 27th

Monday, April 27th

Thursday, Friday May 14-15th

Monday, May 18th

Job Duties Include:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Coordinate and arrange lunches, meetings, and refreshments as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and common areas
  • Support HR with administrative tasks, scheduling, and employee needs
  • Assist the President with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries when required
  • Help organize office events, meetings, and internal communications
  • Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies
  • Ensure a polished, professional front-office environment at all times
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and experience supporting an executive, ideally in retail
  • Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a “no task too small or too large” attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and willingness to work in-office 5 days per week

Salary: $25/hr
