Job Duties Include:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team structures, and talent requirements
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality active and passive candidates
- Build and maintain pipelines of technical talent through innovative sourcing methods
- Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit
- Coordinate and guide candidates throughout the interview and offer process
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop competitive offers and support hiring decisions
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up
- Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes
- Contribute ideas and process improvements that enhance recruiting effectiveness and talent acquisition strategies
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within a technology-driven or high-growth environment
- Proven success recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals
- Strong understanding of technical roles, talent markets, and sourcing strategies
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience leveraging recruiting data and metrics to drive results
- Passion for technology, innovation, and emerging trends preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment preferred
