Our client, a media advertising company, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in Los Angeles, CA on a hybrid schedule. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the CTO, and will start as soon as possible.
Job Duties Include:
- Deliver and drive continual improvement initiatives in partnership with the CTO and key stakeholders.
- Lead and oversee technology projects from initiation to closure, with an equal emphasis on working with both internal teams and external client relationships.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including detailed tasks, timelines, resource allocations, and budget estimates.
- Monitor and manage program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues promptly to keep programs on track.
- Prepare internal status reports, dashboards, and presentations to track project performance and progress.
- Travel to local markets/offices to facilitate successful program executions on a limited, as-needed basis.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of direct experience in technology program management.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong business acumen, program management skills, and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively bridge the gap between the technical and business objectives.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the prowess to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport and trust with internal and external teams.
- Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite a plus
- Ability to travel as needed
Salary: $160k-180k
