A growing consumer-focused organization is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Operations & Supply Chain to oversee regional operations supporting multiple sales channels. This hybrid role in Atlanta is responsible for ensuring products move efficiently from forecast through final delivery while maintaining the inventory, service levels, and operational discipline needed to support continued growth.
This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys both building strategy and staying close to day-to-day execution. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across commercial, finance, operations, and external logistics partners and will bring a strong understanding of the complexities of a multi-channel business.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee supply chain and operational activities supporting digital commerce, wholesale, and other commercial channels throughout the region
- Manage inventory availability and positioning to support sales demand while balancing service levels, and inventory risk
- Coordinate forecasting and supply planning activities with commercial and financial partners, translating business needs into actionable inventory plans
- Establish effective processes for new product introductions, ongoing assortment management, end-of-life inventory, and excess stock
- Develop and maintain operational procedures surrounding purchasing, order flow, inventory visibility, and fulfillment
- Manage external logistics and distribution partners, monitoring service performance, accuracy, costs, billing, and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve systems, reduce costs, and strengthen overall operational performance
- Oversee teams responsible for customer-facing operations and sales support, creating clear processes, accountability, and service standards
- Work closely with internal leadership to prepare for product launches, seasonal demand, promotions, and other key business initiatives
- Track operational performance and use data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
- Support broader organizational initiatives involving systems, process transformation, reporting, and responsible business practices
- Act as a key operational partner between the regional organization, external vendors, and corporate stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related discipline, ideally within a multi-channel consumer environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting operations across multiple distribution channels, including eCommerce, and wholesale/B2B
- Experience working with ERP and other supply chain or operational systems
- Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into operational decisions
- Knowledge of domestic and international freight, customs, compliance, and third-party logistics
- Experience managing or developing teams and working across multiple functions and levels of an organization
- Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
This position is best suited for someone who can see the broader operational picture while remaining close enough to the details to identify issues, solve problems, and keep the business moving.
Salary:$120K
