Our client, a luxury footwear brand, is seeking a hands-on, retail-driven Store Manager to lead a high-profile East Hampton flagship location. This full-time role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, leads from the floor, and is passionate about driving sales and team performance.

The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and develop the store team, and ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily store operations, including sales performance, inventory, and merchandising
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of full-time, part-time, and seasonal associates
  • Drive sales through strong floor leadership, clienteling, and local marketing initiatives
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
  • Monitor inventory controls to minimize loss and optimize stock levels
  • Analyze sales data and apply retail metrics to inform business decisions
  • Foster a collaborative, hands-on team culture through clear communication and leadership

Role Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail management experience (fashion, footwear, or specialty retail preferred)
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in retail operations, POS systems, and inventory management
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking
  • Passion for fashion, trends, and delivering an elevated customer experience
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
Salary:$70K - $90K + bonus
