Job Duties Include:
- Act as a brand ambassador
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests in navigating the showroom
- Assist guests with questions as they arise and help them choose products by leveraging product knowledge
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and safety guidelines
- Operate point-of-sale system and process guest transactions
- Assist in showroom operations such as inventory receiving, visual merchandising, upkeep of showroom, etc.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Partner with the Showroom team on ways to improve showroom and experience
- 6+ months of experience in a retail setting
- Highly motivated with a passion to deliver the best customer experience
- Ability to create genuine and warm connections
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Open availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for duration of shift
