Our client, a specialty showroom, is hiring a PT Showroom Events Production Assistant to join the team at their Beverly Hills location. This is a temporary position that has the potential to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business. This role will be working 2-3 days per week at the Showroom then as needed for events (nights/weekends). This position will begin October 6th and continue through November 5th.
Job Duties Include:
- Take inventory of event supplies, props, and gifting
- Receive and unpack shipments, checking deliveries against packing slips
- Keep storage areas organized, tidy, and labeled
- Restock and prepare supplies ahead of events or activations
- Maintain accurate records in our Google Sheets tracker
- Communicate with remote employees on package status
- Assist with load-in/load-out for events if needed
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Strong organization skills & attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs & stand for duration of shift
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary: $20/hr
