Our client, a specialty showroom, is hiring a Showroom Associate to join the team at their Beverly Hills location. This is a full-time or part-time temporary position that has the potential to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties:
- Deliver exceptional service and assist guests with navigating the showroom
- Answer guest questions and help them register for products as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and education
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process guest transactions
- Assist in showroom operations including inventory receiving, visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, etc.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate to identify opportunities for improvement to the showroom and guest experience
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications:
- 6 months+ experience in a retail or guest service role
- Passion to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Ability to work as a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Open availability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 30lbs.
Salary: $21/hr
