Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Luxury Ready to Wear (RTW) Stylist
to join the team in New York City
on-site at their retail boutique.
This is a full-time, permanent position starting ASAP. Candidates must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Deliver exceptional luxury styling experiences by curating sophisticated ready-to-wear wardrobes, developing personalized styling recommendations, and creating memorable client experiences that reflect Gabriela Hearst's craftsmanship and aesthetic.
- Cultivate, retain, and grow an established portfolio of VIC, VIP, and UHNW clients through proactive clienteling, private appointments, wardrobe consultations, and consistent relationship management to exceed sales goals.
- Drive boutique performance by identifying cross-selling opportunities across ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, and accessories while leveraging CRM tools to maximize client engagement and repeat business.
- Represent the brand at the highest level by hosting exclusive client events, partnering with local luxury communities, and maintaining impeccable visual presentation and operational standards within the boutique.
Job Qualifications Include:
- Proven success in luxury ready-to-wear styling with an established, transferable client book and a demonstrated history of cultivating VIC and high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong clienteling expertise with the ability to build long-term relationships, generate repeat business, and consistently exceed individual sales and KPI goals in a luxury environment.
- Exceptional styling knowledge with a refined understanding of luxury fashion, wardrobe building, fit, fabrication, and contemporary trends, paired with a passion for delivering elevated, personalized service.
- Professional, polished communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to represent the brand with credibility while collaborating effectively within a high-performing luxury boutique team.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift.
Salary:$30-$35 per hour + Commission (DOE)
