Senior Stylist, Madison Avenue

Our client, a  luxury fashion brand,  is seeking a  Senior Stylist  to join the team onsite on  Madison Avenue in New York City. The ideal candidate has true luxury retail experience with an established client book, preferably in Women’s RTW.

This is a full-time permanent position starting ASAP. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized selling experience while building and maintaining long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, appointments, and follow-up
  • Drive sales performance by leveraging an established client book, developing new clientele, and consistently achieving individual and boutique sales goals.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, maintaining exceptional product knowledge, supporting visual presentation standards, and collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless luxury client experience.

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of luxury retail experience, preferably within Women’s Ready-to-Wear, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Established client book with strong clienteling skills and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift.

Salary: $30-$35/hr + commission
