Our client, a  global home furnishings brand,  is seeking  Full-Time and Part-Time Senior Sales Associates  for their first-ever boutique location in Chelsea, NY. The role is slated to start March 2026, and the ideal candidate should be available to work on a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:
  • Welcome customers into the store and engage in genuine, friendly conversations to build trust and understand their lifestyle needs.
  • Use active listening and thoughtful questions to identify customer preferences, offering personalized product recommendations that suit their tastes.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge across categories, including materials, craftsmanship, care, and new collections, to confidently guide customer choices.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while contributing to overall store performance through exceptional service and solution-focused recommendations.
  • Maintain and grow a client list by recording customer preferences, following up on interest in specific items or collections, and informing them about upcoming launches, events, or restocks.
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned.
Job Qualifications Include:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, homeware, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong sales track record with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining high professional standards.
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 50lbs.
Salary: $27 - $32/hr + Commission
