Senior Manager, Total Rewards — US Region

Our client, a global, fast-growing consumer retail brand, is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, and rewards programs across the Americas region. This strategic role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving total rewards initiatives that support business growth, attract and retain top talent, and ensure market competitiveness. The position will partner closely with senior leadership, Finance, and Human Resources to develop scalable, data-driven, and compliant compensation and benefits programs. This role is based full-time onsite in Culver City, CA.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and Human Resources partners on compensation, benefits, incentive programs, job architecture, and career framework initiatives.
  • Develop and execute total rewards strategies that align with organizational objectives, workforce needs, and long-term business goals.
  • Provide market insights and compensation expertise to support talent attraction, retention, and workforce planning efforts.
  • Translate complex compensation and rewards data into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation, benefits, and incentive programs across the Americas region.
  • Manage annual compensation processes, including salary planning, merit increases, promotions, incentive programs, and other reward initiatives.
  • Ensure compensation and rewards programs remain competitive, equitable, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with Finance and Human Resources teams to develop compensation strategies that balance employee experience, business performance, and budget objectives.
  • Oversee incentive plan administration and governance, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effective communication across employee populations.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance rewards programs using market data, participation trends, and business performance metrics.
  • Lead compensation benchmarking initiatives and conduct market analyses to support informed decision-making and competitive positioning.
  • Develop tools, resources, and educational materials that strengthen manager capability and support consistent compensation practices across the organization.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across total rewards programs, systems, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure regional programs align with broader organizational philosophies and frameworks while remaining locally relevant and compliant.
  • Support the development and scaling of compensation and rewards infrastructure within a high-growth environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
  • 8+ years of progressive Total Rewards, Compensation, or Human Resources experience, with significant exposure to compensation program design and administration.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and scaling compensation, benefits, and rewards programs within a fast-growing or evolving organization.
  • Strong understanding of compensation strategy, incentive design, salary benchmarking, job architecture, and rewards program governance.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic guidance on compensation and workforce-related decisions.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally within matrixed and global organizations.
  • Demonstrated success building or enhancing compensation processes, systems, programs, or organizational frameworks in a high-growth environment 
Salary:$130K - $160K + bonus
